The Ordinary Skincare| My Regimen

July 24, 2017

The beauty world is all a buzz about the brand The Ordinary.  Their skincare line appeals to so many because the products are unique, affordable and effective.  I have been trying out my personal day and night skincare regimen using The Ordinary products for about a month now.  If you are interested in my skincare regimen and why I choose the products, then read more here.

When creating my skincare regimen, I asked myself what were the things I wanted to target and what products would be most appropriate for day and night?  As a busy mom of 3 young kids, I knew I didn't have the luxury to go get facials or treatments.  I barely have time to shower in peace! 😅  The Ordinary skincare line has so many options that can be overwhelming to someone just starting out and unsure of where to begin.  That's why I felt it was important to think about my skin and what I really wanted to target: Fine lines, dark circles, skin texture, and hydration.  After browsing the site and reading many, many product reviews, I finally settled on these products.

The Ordinary Lactic acid, fine lines, dryness, texture

The hardest part was deciding what to use and when.  After trying few different routines, I finally feel like I am happy with what I use at daytime and at nighttime.  I have not experienced any sensitivity or breakouts from the products, which is awesome, considering I have sensitive skin.

I absolutely have fallen in love with The Ordinary brand.  In case you missed my review on their two foundations you can find that Review Here.  Their skincare is even better, in my opinion.   I feel like the products are straight forward, no gimmicks, and the fact that they are so affordable blows my mind.  I have noticed improvements in my skin tone and texture and even the fine lines around my eyes have changed the most.  They are not as visible and I am so happy!

I can't wait to try more of their products and adjust my skincare regimen. The Ordinary has a lot of new products "coming soon"  which includes a new matte foundation and suncare.

Do you use The Ordinary Skincare?  If so, share your thoughts and regimen with me.  I would love to hear what works for you!
